JobAdvice was founded and is led by Anni Kohl, who over several decades has made professionally handled recruitment her specialty. She has built a network few can match. Together with partner and HR Consultant Dorthe Work, she combines deep industry experience with a keen eye for people, roles and organisations. With discretion, confidentiality and precision, JobAdvice creates connections between companies and candidates who can live up to each other’s expectations.
Since 1987 JobAdvice has recruited to the key positions of companies — from top leaders to specialists in historically significant industries. We were the first professional recruitment partner for the agricultural sector — from larger estates and farms to forestry, horticulture and other export businesses. Today we remain leading in the niche we helped to create.

Anni Kohl is founder and CEO of JobAdvice and a pioneer within recruitment for the agricultural sector — from larger farms, estates and manors to forestry, horticulture and other export businesses. As the first professional provider of recruitment and advisory services, she made the field her specialty already in 1987.
Ever since, she has been a loyal partner and ambassador for companies, owner-managers and candidates across the entire value chain. It speaks for itself that Anni Kohl has been trusted to fill the same position again after 27 years.

Dorthe Work is partner and HR Consultant at JobAdvice, responsible for our CandidateBank as well as search and selection. Her daily base is our office in Juelsminde, Jutland.
Dorthe Work is a trained farmer from France and holds a green certificate. She has personally run larger farms in both Denmark and abroad. She meets everyone with an industry understanding anchored in practical leadership. With international experience, cultural understanding and a sharp eye for people and possibilities, Dorthe Work advises when the next career steps are placed in our hands.
